Andrew Osborne of Osborne Management has over 40 years’ experience in the water industry. His experience has been forged from his engineering and business background and embraces the planning of water resources through to the procurement of major infrastructure, natural resource management and environmental engineering. He has held senior management and director positions in national and international consulting and contracting, and has worked in London, the Middle East and more broadly in the Asia Pacific basin. Andrew possesses strong commercial skills in the areas of negotiation, project financing and arranging and has a solid knowledge of water policy and regulation governing the development and management of water, wastewater and recycled water supply. Andrew’s commercial focus is combined with well developed technical skills, and this unique capability has enabled him to participate and more often take a lead role in the development of a diverse range of procurement and at risk arrangements including public private partnerships.
